1. This tool is intended for legitimate use by Brainware University students only.
2. The ID card photos retrieved through this system are the property of Brainware University and should be used responsibly.
3. Users are prohibited from:
   • Sharing, distributing, or publishing these images on any public platform or social media without explicit consent.
   • Using the images for any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
   • Altering or manipulating the images in any way.
4. Any misuse of this tool or the images obtained through it is strictly against university policies and may result in disciplinary action.
5. Using this system or the images obtained for any criminal or suspicious activity is strictly prohibited and violates Anti-Ragging norms. The university will take severe action against those found guilty of such misuse.
6. Students are advised to respect the privacy and personal boundaries of their peers when using this tool.
7. If you suspect any misuse of this system or have concerns about how your image is being used, please report it immediately to the university administration.
8. The university reserves the right to monitor the usage of this tool and take necessary actions to prevent misuse.
9. By using this tool, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations, as well as the broader code of conduct of Brainware University.
